Training : WEEK 4 = SYSTEM

ok u guys... training ak dh bis bahagian technical.. now dah nak finish system lak.. huh!! a lots of system yg perlu kitorng blajar.. ada yg complecated ... and ada yang simple.. also 2 make a report agak memeningkan... hope dapat faham sepenuh ny supaya senang nak catch-up.. kalau x, adoii sakit kepala.. hehe.. next monday, ada 2-3 system lai perlu ktrong study.. then, akan msuk prosess plak.. 

PERGH!! banyak tol nak kne adapt nie.. cayok! CAYOK!!!

hari mendatang.. hari memergi.. haha... ada ke hari memergi.. salah lah u'olls.. hari yg berlalu.. huhu.. today dah masuk minggu ketiga aku berada dalam kelas technical.. but almost one month for training session.. erm.. today aku ada assessment for technical part... baru je bis tadi (xde la tadi sangat pun... around 4.15pm) .. actually, basic technical assessment.. nak kate aku x study, study sudeh.. nak kate miss x bg guide, bg dah.. banyak ngat miss aku bantu.. so, apa masalah kalau aku xdapat jawab and kompius?? soklan objektif je kot.. n total 20 Qs..

wawawa... sebab nyer.. aku masih xpaham nak apply kefahaman aku.. lain aku paham, lain fact die sebenarnyer.. ke.. sebenarnyer aku masih xphm? aku dh totally kompius ngan diri sendiri.. or aku terlalu memikirkan sesuatu.. ke aku nak semue ny perfect? once aku xdapat jawab 1 question, aku rase cm down habis kot.. apakah sifat aku nie?? arghhh..

the solution.. POSITIVE..POSITIVE ..POSITIVE.. !!!

Training : WEEK 3 - TECHNICAL

erm.. hai u'olss.. dis week da msuk week ke 3 aku sebagai traineee.. huhu.. di sebabkan mggu technical. makanyer banyak benda aku kne blajar.. cuz aku kne handle technical part nanti.. huh!! agak memeningkan.. but all the step dah ada dalam system and cara penyelesaian .. hope semue berjalan lancar bile aku jawab call secara life nanti... takut bukan pe. takut xdapat assist customer je..

Training : WEEK 1 = SOFTSKILLs

fuhhh!!! lama gilerz tak update entri u'olls... rasa cam gian pun ada nie... hehe... sowi lah u'olls.. xde mud nak menaip when using others connection.. huhu.. nie aku talah berada d home sweet home yer u'olls.. homesick sekejap... ahakxx...

ok korang... aku just want to story that now aku ngah training as a Customer Service Executive/Representative. so, now aku baru je lepas habis training soft-skills and ECM... alhamdulillah, aku lepas assessment for both of it.. so dapatlah aku menyambung training in product knowledge plak...

sepanjang training 5 hari nie.. exactly just 4 days, cuz tadi aku kene wat exam.. perghhh..... besh woo.... dapat jumpa cam2 org.. dapat geng baru.. gain a new knowledge.. dapat improve confident level.. a lots of thing dapat blajar u'olls.. fun n enjoy !! ^_^

summary of the training...

1st day = berkenalan... main game... perkenalan soft-skillls.. presentation

2nd day = sambung soft-skills note... then x lupe jue games.. kitorng mmg suke games.. presentation

3rd day= exam bertulis soft-skills..... evening,go through to next sesi.. perkenalan ngan ECM.. presentation

4th day= continue ECM session ... then practise role play..

last day = role play exam.. huh.. nervous + butterfly in stomach

mantop kan?? walaupun x details aku bagi.. tapi hakikat nyer sangat seronok.. name pun training.. seronok lah kan... so, kite tengok plak camne reaksi aku tuk menghadapi training in product knowledge plak, OK?
